Technical Support
Technical Support is for software specific technical issues.  Are you having technical problems with ArchiCAD?  Please reach out to Graphisoft North America on 800-344-3468 or support@graphisoft.com.  Keep in mind that as an ArchiPlus member you will receive Graphisoft's Priority Technical Support.

User Support
User Support is for user/how-to questions.  Are you wanting to push ArchiCAD further?  Are you unfamiliar with certain tools? If so, please reach us through our Talk with Us page.  Our team has worked on hundreds of ArchiCAD projects and templates over the last two decades so we have the a wealth of experience and resources to support you.
