Did you know you can Expand all the folders and sub-folders in the Navigator or Organizer with just one button? On a PC, just select the folder and then hit the * button on your numeric keypad. In the layout book, it will expand and show all the drawings on each layout. It has to be the * on your keypad, shift+8 won't work. Sadly I don't think there is a way to collapse everything back down in one go (sorry!) On a Mac, if you hold the Alt/Option key down while you click on the arrow to the left of a folder, it will expand everything. Alt/Option-click again and it will collapse everything. This is standard OSX behavior so you should be able to use it anywhere in your operating system. This works in the Project Map, View Map, Layout Book and Publisher Sets, in the Pop-up Navigator, Navigator and Organizer. Hopefully Graphisoft will provide a way to collapse all the folders on a PC too. It would also be nice for us Template Builders and BIM Managers if this functionality would work across all panes of the Organizer and Navigator, & Pop-up Navigator, simultaneously!
