My name is Joey Osborne, I am a licensed Architect in the state of Washington. I currently enjoy contracting with several firms across the US, in addition to projects here locally in the Seattle area.

My expertise & experience is in high end custom residential projects. Over the years these projects range from simple home renovations, to $10-15 million dollar estates. I am competent in all stages of the design process from the initial schematic stages, through Construction Documents and Construction Administration (when possible).

As an Architect, I bring extensive expertise in BIM modeling and coordination using Archicad. My portfolio encompasses a variety of projects, including residential and commercial properties. Proficient in 3d Modeling, BIM coordination, model authoring

Modeling: I will create detailed and accurate 3D models of buildings, interiors, and landscapes, based on your sketches or CAD drawings, that are suitable for presentations, visualization, and construction documentation.

Consulting and training: I will provide consulting services on ArchiCAD and 3D modeling, as well as training and support to help you improve your skills and achieve your goals.

I have a background in both interior design and architecture studios and have worked on a wide range of projects from single and multi-family to hospitality and offices. My five years of Archicad experience has been on both the 3d modeling and documentation front. I'm best suited for the SD phase of design where I can utilize any combination of provided surveys, as-builts, sketches, and concept images to model your design intent.
