I have been an avid Archicad user since 2005. I am a licensed architect in Colorado, but also work as a contract designer, drafter and modeler in all states. Glad to help with all types of projects and workloads on a contract basis.

My name is Joey Osborne, I am a licensed Architect in the state of Washington. I currently enjoy contracting with several firms across the US, in addition to projects here locally in the Seattle area.

My expertise & experience is in high end custom residential projects. Over the years these projects range from simple home renovations, to $10-15 million dollar estates. I am competent in all stages of the design process from the initial schematic stages, through Construction Documents and Construction Administration (when possible).
