If you have old projects from many versions ago (pre-version 10) they will not open in more recent ARCHICAD versions. GRAPHISOFT provides File Converter packages to allow you to open and convert these old projects to supported versions. These packages are pre-installed and updated to the latest available build. There are three packages (ARCHICAD 10, ARCHICAD 9 and ARCHICAD 7) that allow you to open and convert files up to 25 years old (from version 4.1!).
