Keyboard shortcuts are a simple way to save a few seconds with tasks your run every day in ARCHICAD.
For example, to get to Layer Settings you can use various onscreen buttons or Options> Element Attributes> Layer Settings… OR you can press Cmd+L / Ctrl+L.
Learning a few more Keyboard Shortcuts can help increase your productivity – and ARCHICAD has lots of them to keep you busy!
To see a list of all the shortcuts in ARCHICAD – go to Options> Work Environment> Keyboard Shortcuts and click Show Shortcut List in Browser as highlighted below:
This will launch your default browser and display a list of ALL the shortcuts currently set in ARCHICAD. The most important ones to learn are the ones at the very bottom of the list (Non-customizable shortcuts) as knowing and understanding these can make a big difference to your productivity.
