One of the easiest ways to save time and increase productivity in ARCHICAD is to make use of the context-sensitive right-click menu options.
One example that can be significantly quicker than the previous version workflow is to select a composite wall / slab / roof then right-click the mouse and choose Edit Selected Composite... as shown below:
When the Composites dialog opens, it will even show you the selected Composite settings. In the ‘old days’ you would likely go to Options> Element Attributes> Composites and then have to find the composite you want to edit. This new workflow is much quicker! If the selection is a Complex Profile, the command will change to Edit Selected Complex Profile… _
